We have been shortlisted for not one, but two, 2024 UK National Contact Centre Awards for the ‘Giving Something Back’ and ‘Best Contact Centre Culture (Large)’ categories.
We’re proud to have worked with Newcastle’s Summerhill Pavilion & Gardens Trust during one of the most charitable weeks in the UK – with an aim to ignite community spirit amongst those in and around Newcastle.
We’ve won two awards at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2021 for ‘Best COVID-19 Strategy’ and ‘Apprentice/Newcomer of the Year’ for Alun Hope, as well as being shortlisted for a further two categories. This follows a year of high performance, moving to a work from home model, improved employee engagement and communication, while ensuring operational resiliency – and it’s the fourth consecutive year that we’ve been shortlisted at these awards.
Our ‘Be 100% You Every Day’ internal communications strategy has been shortlisted for the ‘Most effective employee engagement communications strategy’ in Reward Gateway’s Engagement Excellence Awards and for ‘Best internal communications strategy’ in the Engage Awards 2021.

Throughout July, employees from across ArvatoConnect signed up to this years ‘Miles for Mind’ charity challenge, in the spirit of the 2020 Olympics.
We have been shortlisted in the apprenticeship diversity category for the Annual Apprenticeship Conference (AAC) Awards, which aim to recognise outstanding achievements by employers and providers across the UK.
In August, Arvato employees held a Pride-themed bake-off across all our sites to raise money for The Pride Foundation.
On 25th – 26th July 2019, 184 employees tested their strength and stamina and got involved in a static bike and steps challenge to raise money for Mind, a UK based mental health charity.
