ArvatoConnect takes home a win at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards

We’re excited to share that we’ve been announced as the winner for the ‘Best Advice Line / Helpline’ category at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards – specifically our Shared Service Centre, based in Swansea. This is a fantastic achievement and solidifies the important and innovative work the Centre undertakes.

We’ve been named as a finalist for three categories in the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2023, following a year of strong performance with continued growth, senior appointments and a string of new contract wins. This is the second consecutive year that we’ve been shortlisted for these prestigious awards.

Arvato recognised for not one, but TWO major European awards

We’ve won Bronze for ‘Most Effective Employee Engagement Approach’ at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs). This is the second year in a row that Arvato has been recognised at these coveted awards and was also shortlisted for the ‘Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year’.
