We have supported a wide range of public sector organisations under Lot 2, including HMRC, Crown Commercial Service, Crown Prosecution Service, the Department for Transport and its executive agencies, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, DVSA, DVLA and the Vehicle Certification Agency.

Delivery highlights include operation of the Crown Commercial Service Financial Viability Risk Assessment service, enhanced through AI to improve accuracy and productivity, and the transformation of HR, payroll, finance and procurement services for the Department for Transport into a cloud-based shared service model supporting over 22,500 civil servants.
