We have supported a wide range of public sector organisations under Lot 2, including HMRC, Crown Commercial Service, Crown Prosecution Service, the Department for Transport and its executive agencies, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, DVSA, DVLA and the Vehicle Certification Agency.

Delivery includes operation of the Crown Commercial Service Financial Viability Risk Assessment service, enhanced through AI to improve accuracy and productivity; and transformation of HR, payroll, finance and procurement services for the Department for Transport into a cloud-based shared service model supporting over 22,500 civil servants.

Services are underpinned by skilled, multi-trained colleagues, deep ERP and cloud technology expertise, and secure, resilient operating models aligned to recognised cyber, data protection, accessibility and service standards.

Delivery under the framework also generates measurable social value through local employment, apprenticeships and skills development, inclusive recruitment practices, support for small and local suppliers, and sustained community investment.
