Our graduate programme is designed for graduates to discover their careers and develop future leaders who can make a real impact. It’s your chance to be part of something bigger and a member of the Bertelsmann family – a media, services and education company that operates in over 50 countries and includes BMG, Fremantle and Penguin Random House… and us, ArvatoConnect, their innovative service solutions division – to take advantage of the opportunities our international network can bring.
We’re ArvatoConnect. We design and deliver award-winning customer service and back-office services for some of the world’s most respected automotive and retail brands, as well as innovative, high profile government departments – and we wouldn’t be able to do this without our people.
When you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to work with household names and specialise in a programme area, while also gaining a strong grounding in customer experience – now a real differentiator in both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) markets.
You’ll also gain a valuable understanding into how emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, are disrupting the way we work, sitting at the heart of some of the innovative solutions we provide for our customers – along with that all-important human touch.
We encourage our employees to ‘be 100% every day’; celebrating and recognising what makes everybody unique and the different skills and personality’s people can bring to their roles. We believe that it’s our differences that makes our organisation stronger and create an environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
And this isn’t just a strapline… 85% of our employees surveyed think that ArvatoConnect is a great place to work and 91% think our culture is accepting of diversity.
To top it off, we’ve also won awards for our employee engagement. We were named as ‘Most Effective Employee Engagement Approach’ (taking home Bronze) at the 2022 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards and ‘Best Internal Communications Strategy’ at the 2021 Engage Awards.
You’ll be part of our Operations Team, learning how our business is run and keeping up to date with new trends and technologies. You will identify, design and implement changes to our accounts and processes – all to help us improve and grow.
You’ll be at the forefront of helping us to drive data and analytics across our business, identifying and bringing to life trends, patterns, and insights to make proactive improvements to how we, and our people, work.
You’ll work closely with our Chief Operating Officer across our different client accounts. You will be key to supporting us to deliver strong financial and operational performance for our own business and to meet our client’s needs – all within a faced paced and time critical environment.
You’ll have a real passion for sustainability and will be helping to drive, implement and communicate about initiatives that will have a big impact on our business, employees and the wider community. You will be collaborating and bringing people together across all areas of our company, to help us grow in a socially conscious way.
Have you seen a programme that’s sparked your interest? Go to the full job specification and submit your CV and a cover letter before the end of June.
We want to find out more about you, so don’t forget to tell us why you’re a good fit for the opportunity.
We’ll be interviewing shortlisted candidates and if that includes you, we’ll be inviting you to meet us in person at one of our assessment days in July.
We’ll be kicking off in early September. You’ll start the 24-month modular development programme and you’ll get the chance to meet the rest of your fellow cohort.
We want you to succeed in your new role, so you’ll get monthly training in technical skills and personal development (building your own brand and managing stakeholders – just to name a couple), as well as mentoring from senior managers and industry leaders.
