Rewarding! Starting as an adviser and then team manager, the natural progression was to fall into my role now and I’m thankful I did. Being able to support advisers and my managers to ensure we are offering the best service possible is always a great achievement, as without them – it wouldn’t be the same.
I’ve recently falling into baking (following a Halloween bake sale we did!), I love jigsaws and anything murder/crime related! I am always doing a degree in Psychology alongside my full-time role with Open University.
