You can view our full Social Value Overview and initiatives in the document below. We focus on delivering Social Value (SV) through dedicated efforts that align with our organisational mission. In 2024, we generated an impressive £21million in SV, with nearly all of it coming from our work to create jobs, apprenticeships, and local opportunities. Our key initiatives are designed to:

• Promote local employment: Over 520 local people have been employed across our projects, contributing to the economic resilience of the communities we serve.
• Support skills & training: Through 384 weeks of apprenticeships and 251 weeks of work experience, we’ve empowered individuals to develop new skills and enhance their employability.
• Supporting Suppliers: Over £1m spent with small and micro suppliers with a commitment as a Fast Payer – over 80% of invoices are paid within 30 days. We are proud to share our commitment to local spend as well with £85k of our supply spend staying the local areas to our sites.
• Diversity & inclusion: We are committed to ensuring that underrepresented groups, including disabled individuals, are supported in the workforce, with over 10 roles created for disadvantaged groups in 2024.
