Since 2012, we’ve recruited and supported 195 apprentices nationally, with a distinction rate of 57% and retention rate of 81% (versus a national average of 40% and 70%) 

Our apprentices have received recognition for ‘Apprentice/Newcomer of the Year’ at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards and National Apprenticeship Awards 2021 

We’ve enrolled over 66 employees onto our development programmes in the last two years, including the CEO Club, Higher Level Apprenticeships, Bertelsmann University and PRINCE2 

Our employees completed over 114,000 training hours in total last year

We now have at least 60% of our employees working from home at least one day a week and saying that they enjoy the reduction of travel costs/time to work and flexibility around personal commitments 

Our employees stay with us for an average of four years and nine months
