Our partnership with KYP.ai, established in 2023, was driven by a shared ambition: to enhance digital transformation capabilities through real-time insight, intelligent automation, and data-led decision-making.
By combining ArvatoConnect’s expertise in customer experience and operational delivery with KYP.ai’s advanced productivity mining platform, we’ve been able to unlock deeper visibility into how work actually happens across organisations. This has enabled us to identify inefficiencies, uncover hidden opportunities, and implement targeted improvements that drive both performance and employee experience.
At the centre of this collaboration is ArvatoConnect’s Discovery Engine (ADE) – part of our Review digital proposition.
