ArvatoConnect secures dual CCS framework wins with 100% quality score and new place on Technology Services 4

We’re proud to announce that ArvatoConnect has successfully retained its place on both Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the UK Government’s Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Agreement for Outsourced Services – achieving a perfect 100% quality score across every assessment category in the latest renewal. Alongside this, we’re also delighted to confirm our appointment to the new CCS Technology Services 4 (TS4) framework, expanding our ability to support public sector clients with end-to-end digital and technology transformation.

These wins further strengthen ArvatoConnect’s position as a trusted partner to government and the wider public sector, and reflect the high standards, innovation and impact our teams deliver every day.

Raising the Standard in Public Sector Delivery

The Outsourced Services Framework supports public sector organisations in sourcing reliable partners for essential services across two key lots:

  • Lot 1: Contact centres and citizen experience, including back-office administration
  • Lot 2: HR, payroll, procurement, and financial administration

These also include surge support and transformation services — critical for public bodies adapting to rising demand, regulatory shifts, and budgetary pressure.

ArvatoConnect’s continued inclusion in both lots, and especially our 100% quality score, highlights our long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality, efficient and outcomes-driven services.

Richard Husband, Public Sector Director at ArvatoConnect, commented:

Scoring 100% on every quality assessment question is an incredible achievement. It speaks volumes about the public sector expertise and commitment across our business. This strengthens our position and creates even more opportunities to deliver meaningful, high-quality services for our clients.

A Strategic Win: Technology Services 4 Framework

We’re also pleased to announce our successful appointment to the Crown Commercial Service’s Technology Services 4 (TS4) agreement (RM6190). This open framework helps public sector buyers access flexible, high-quality technology services to meet evolving needs — from digital strategy and service design to large-scale digital transformation and automation.

The TS4 agreement runs from 12 December 2025 to 11 June 2028 and is available to a wide range of public sector organisations including central government, local authorities, the NHS, education, blue light services, and devolved administrations.

Key services available through the framework include:

  • AI and automation (as ancillary services)
  • Application development and management
  • IT infrastructure support
  • End-user device and network support
  • Service desk provision and asset management
  • Data and transformation strategy
  • Large-scale digital and service redesign projects

With enhanced flexibility, improved governance, and support for carbon reduction planning, TS4 makes it easier for organisations to buy the services they need, from large integrators to innovative SMEs.

Delivering Long-Term Impact for the UK Public Sector

ArvatoConnect’s inclusion in these two complementary frameworks demonstrates our ability to support public sector organisations across customer experience, back-office services, and full-scale digital transformation — all while delivering against rigorous quality, security, and compliance standards.

As the government continues to prioritise digital efficiency, responsible AI and service innovation, we’re proud to help lead that journey with solutions that are human-focused, data-driven and future-ready.
