Over a 5-day audit in July, BSI rigorously examined our IT service provision to our client, HMRC. The audit evaluated our systems, policies, and procedures and confirmed that ArvatoConnect meets the new 2022 standard, marking an important milestone in our commitment to security excellence.
This achievement reflects the strength and professionalism of our Swansea team, who not only met, but exceeded the rigorous standards required to secure certification. Despite significant internal changes, including a client transition, the team maintained high service standards while ensuring compliance with our security protocols.
