UPDATE: ArvatoConnect awarded silver in two top customer service categories at the UKCCF Awards

27th November 2023 · Arvato · News

We’re excited to announce that we’ve been awarded ‘silver’ in two award categories for the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) Awards – ‘Large Contact Centre of the Year’ and ‘Employee Engagement Strategy of the Year’. This follows a fantastic year of award wins and commendations, including the Digital Technology Leaders Awards and the Welsh Contact Centre Awards.

The awards took place on November 24th 2023, at Delta Hotels by Marriott, Datchet. Last year, we placed bronze in the Large Contact Centre of the Year category and silver in the Employee Engagement Strategy of the Year category, so we’re ecstatic with this year’s recognition – and improvement!

The UKCCF Awards showcase some of the best and brightest people, teams, and organisations in contact centre innovation and engagement, featuring the likes of Love Holidays, NFU Mutual, DHL, and Hastings Direct.

As with both categories, our culture featured heavily within the application process, highlighting how we shape our company around our people and the communities we’re located in. Here are some of the key highlights from the last 12 months:

  • 28 employees (at all levels) were enrolled in our apprenticeship programme, spanning from Level 2 to Level 7 in leadership and management
  • We donated >£15,700 to our employee-voted charities
  • Establishing a new year-long executive mentoring programme with Shadow Careers
  • Our companywide scheme – ‘Be 100% You Awards’ – using peer nominations and voting saw over 210 employees recognised, with a rewards value of over £13,000
  • Launching our brand-new platform, ‘MyCreationStation’, to gather innovative ideas from colleagues to reward and foster a culture of ‘intrapreneurship’ and be future shapers
  • We gained average CSAT scores of 82%, with quality scores increasing by 3%, up to 91%.

An internal employee survey also revealed that 85% say Arvato is a great place to work, with 91% saying Arvato is inclusive. 91% also say their manager treats them fairly and with respect, allowing them to ‘Be 100% You Every Day’.

Nathian Carnall, Chief Operating Officer at ArvatoConnect, said:

Both award nominations are fully deserved by the teams involved. We constantly strive to create a culture and environment that not only breeds success, but also encourages our employees to be themselves and take pleasure in their work. Being awarded silver within not one, but two categories is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved – and I’d like to say a big thank you for this!
