We were shortlisted for two awards at the 2023 Digital Technology Leaders Awards, for ‘Best Automation Project’ and ‘Best Not-For-Profit Digital Project’ – and following the award ceremony this month, we’re ecstatic to say we were ‘highly commended’ for the ‘Best Not-For-Profit Digital Project’.
This follows a year of high performance where we’re blending technology with sector and process-specific expertise, to deliver transformative results for our clients, their customers, and their employees. The awards ceremony, which was held on 6th July, celebrated the talent and achievements of organisations, teams, and individuals who are excelling or demonstrating real innovation within the digital technology leadership space.
We’ve been recognised for our digital transformation partnership with Wales Air Ambulance Charity, which includes designing and building an end-to-end digital intelligence automation solution. This is transforming how the Charity runs its back-office, retail, and contact channel operations, to deliver increased efficiency and ensure its limited funds can be used where they are needed most. Since implementing this, they have seen significant benefits, including:
- Reduction in the time the charity’s team spends on daily BACS reports by 50% and time spent on adding new members to the lottery draw by up to 92%.
- Automating membership cancellations has given half a day a week back to the business allowing employees to focus on more value-added tasks.
- Sending new member letters via email instead of post has saved the Charity up to £20,000 annually and is reducing its reliance on paper. Overall the process is enabling them to be more environmentally friendly.
This award recognition follows another of our automation partnerships with Fremantle, one of the world’s largest content production and distribution companies, being shortlisted for the ‘Best Newcomer’ category at the Blue Prism Excellence Awards, and recently being named finalists at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) 2022 for ‘Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year’ and ‘Most Effective Employee Engagement Approach’.
