Arvato’s robotic process automation partnership with Fremantle, one of the world’s largest content production and distribution companies, has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Newcomer’ category at the Blue Prism Excellence Awards 2021.
The awards celebrate brands who have achieved impressive results through utilising Blue Prism’s digital workforce, with the newcomer category recognising those that have driven rapid value in less than a year of implementing the technology.
Our end-to-end ProcessAutomate solution is driving new efficiencies within Fremantle’s finance department, helping them to automate a wide range of monthly, time critical reports for its global network of partners and clients, including producer share reporting and hedging funds.
Since deployment, the time needed to complete producer share reporting has been reduced by 99%, and 82% for hedging funds analysis, freeing up employees’ time to focus on more complex tasks and providing a better work-life balance. Reports are also 100% accurate and consistently presented. With the significant advantages of intelligent automation clearly established, the team has outlined a roadmap for continued roll out of additional digital workers in 2021 across other areas and regions of the business.
Mike Stewart, Business Development Director – Digital Automation, ArvatoConnect, commented: “It’s rewarding to be recognised by Blue Prism for the excellent work we deliver for our automation clients. As well as delivering value for money, our partnerships represent best practise examples of how a collaborative, technology driven approach can help organisations to tackle their current and future challenges.”
Gillian Ahluwalia, Finance Director, Fremantle Shared Services said: “We’re very proud to have been shortlisted for this prestigious award! It demonstrates the significant impact that our intelligent automation partnership with Arvato is having on transforming our financial services operations, helping us to streamline our processes, drive new efficiencies and empower our employees to spend more time on complex, judgement-based tasks that generate real insight and value.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony, taking place on Thursday 17th June. Good luck to everyone shortlisted and fingers crossed for the night!
